Wait! what is stake? It is their term to say deposit an amount of MCO for a fixed period. After staking the MCO, not only you can enjoy 100% Netflix and Spotify rebate, but also a 6% p.a. interest. It is quite tempting when compared with putting money in a bank. If you pay with the Visa card, it will also give you 3% back. So actually you can save a lot by using this card.

Visa Card Review:
I believe I am the first batch to get the MCO Visa Debit Card in APAC, let have an unboxing, and check out whether we can pay by the card.
Package:
AWESOME!!! I have never seen another Visa Card package cooler than this one.
It is a metal card, the texture is quite smooth. It is quite thick, maybe even bullet cannot penetrate it, haha XD.
After activation, I found that aced to convert the MCO to SGD and top up to the card. All payments will be using SGD as currency. The conversion can easily be done in the app and the rate is quite good, so it shouldn’t be a problem.
ATM Withdrawal:
I can successfully withdraw money with any ATM with the Visa logo on it. Although I can withdraw money, it is using a Visa international exchange rate.
In my case, I spent 102.5 to take out 100, so the fee is around 2.5%. so I will not recommend you to do that unless you have an emergency.
Eating at McDonald’s
yea, of course, it is ok, and also 3% cashback!
Netflix and Spotify:
Success too. A warm reminder: you have to set the country to SG before changing payment to use this card.
Airport lounge：
Crypto.com offers access to different lounge globally. if you are a frequent traveller, you will love this feature. but I didn’t get a chance to try. No comment as of now.
To conclude, the card provides a lot of discount or promotion. I would say the one only requires 50 MCO is quite cost-effective as
50 * 4.05 (as of 22–11–2019 0048)/9.99 = 20.25
that’s mean if you listen to Spotify for 21 months, you already get back the cost.
